技法指导
书面通知又称为通告或布告(Notice)，是部署工作、传达事情、召开会议所使用的一种文体。其格式如下：
1．标题。书面通知要在正文的正上方写上Notice或大写NOTICE。
2．正文。即通知的内容。
3．落款。书面通知要标明通知的时间和单位名称。书信式通知的日期可写在右上角；布告式通知的时间一般放在正文的左下角，要低于落款(单位名称)。
常用表达
1．开头用语
May I have/call your attention，please?
请大家注意一下，好吗？
Attention，please，everybody！请大家注意！
I have an announcement to make.
我有一件事情要宣布。
I have something to tell you.
我要告诉大家一些事情。
2．正文部分常用语
There will be a talk this afternoon.
今天下午将有一场讨论会。
The Student Union has decided that…
学生会已决定……
We shall have a lecture on…
我们将举行关于……的研讨会。
It has been decided that we’ll pay a visit to…
已经决定我们将参观……
3．结尾部分常用语
I hope you can have a good time.
我希望你们玩得开心。
Everyone is welcome to attend/take part in it.
欢迎所有人参加。

NOTICE
An English short film，called Growing Together，will be shown in the school hall at 730 pm.Everyone is welcome to watch the film.It tells about the development of our school.
The film is believed to be instructive and full of emotion.It tells the story of a school growing up，from small to large，from weak to strong.After the film，each class is supposed to have a discussion and all the students are welcome to make comments and express their views about the film.
